They are really nice and make the experience more fun and enjoyable especially if you're scared or not looking forward to whatever you're doing. After what happened at the last dentist I had, they really showed that it doesnt have to be super bad.

This office has been great with my daughter. It's a very nice place that makes everyone feel welcome. I love the seasonal decorations. They have awesome staff and doctors. My daughter has ended her phase 1 and they still see her after the braces are off to make sure her retainer fits properly and to see when phase 2 should start. I will be bringing my other two kids here when the time comes.

My experience at Hoff Orthodontics has been the best, most enjoyable experience. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Would recommend everyone to get treatment done with HOFF!!!

Since August 2025, I’ve been seeing Dr. Chan for orthodontic treatment and have seen good results so far. He is knowledgeable and professional. Also, the staff are friendly, and the office is clean. Overall, a good experience.

Orthodontist appointments are always a highlight of our week! Everyone is always so inviting and accommodating. The improvement on our teeth is incredible! I highly recommend Dr. Hoff and Dr. Chan to anyone in the area.

I had a great experience with my orthodontist and the entire staff. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during my visits. They explain everything clearly and make sure I understand what’s happening with my treatment. The office is clean, organized, and appointments are always smooth. I’m really happy with the progress of my smile and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great orthodontist.
I like this place because the staff is nice and careful. My family came here to get braces when they were younger. Dr. Hoff is very experienced. They can always answer questions I have.
Hoff Orthodontics has the best customer service. All of the staff are friendly and they know who you are when you walk into the building, including the Orthodontists. I am so glad my dentist referred me to them for my braces. Three visits so far and still no complaints.
From beginning to end customer care and service here is top priority and it is felt and appreciated. The check in process is simple and efficient. Dr. Hoff & Dr. Chan are thoughtful and kind when reviewing your charts & progress. The RDAs and other stuff always greet you with positivity and take good care to make your experience exemplary. There’s no better team for your ortho needs than the Hoff Team.
I honestly can say this has to be the best orthodontist. They care for the patients so much and always do fun things and are so caring to everyone.
