They are really nice and make the experience more fun and enjoyable especially if you're scared or not looking forward to whatever you're doing. After what happened at the last dentist I had, they really showed that it doesnt have to be super bad.

This office has been great with my daughter. It's a very nice place that makes everyone feel welcome. I love the seasonal decorations. They have awesome staff and doctors. My daughter has ended her phase 1 and they still see her after the braces are off to make sure her retainer fits properly and to see when phase 2 should start. I will be bringing my other two kids here when the time comes.

My experience at Hoff Orthodontics has been the best, most enjoyable experience. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Would recommend everyone to get treatment done with HOFF!!!

Since August 2025, I’ve been seeing Dr. Chan for orthodontic treatment and have seen good results so far. He is knowledgeable and professional. Also, the staff are friendly, and the office is clean. Overall, a good experience.

I had a great experience with my orthodontist and the entire staff. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during my visits. They explain everything clearly and make sure I understand what’s happening with my treatment. The office is clean, organized, and appointments are always smooth. I’m really happy with the progress of my smile and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great orthodontist.
The most comfortable offices in Redlands. All the staff are so nice and helpful plus you can have a cookie before you leave 👍.

My son is a patient at Dr .Hoff's. I work in a dental office myself. We refer patients to this office. Im happy to say Im very grateful that I get to experience first hand what our referred patients experience. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and personable. The staff is amazing! !!!! I was able to make a affordable payments that fit my budget. They have wonderful fun activities that really engage their patients. This office is a perfect example of excellent dental care I highly recommend it for orthodontic treatment. You definitely feel how much they genuinely care about their patients.
From the moment you enter the office you are greeted with a very warm reception. Everyone at Hoff Orthodontics are very nice and friendly. They immediately make you feel comfortable and puts you at ease especially Margie who assisted me. She was very thorough and patient as she explained everything to me about my procedure and steps that I would be taking. I highly recommend Hoff Orthodontics to all who are wanting the services they offer.
